Supply Chain Office

To strengthen our team in Gudensberg, we are looking for a responsible and reliable Head of Supply Chain Office (m/f/d) to start at the earliest possible date.

Information about the location and the equipment you will be working with

Our operation in Gudensberg in Hessen plays an essential role in the production of fresh poultry specialties. With a large and innovative product range, we supply not only the German food retail sector, but also bulk consumers and the catering industry. First-class quality is always our top priority.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the planning process in coordination with the responsible parties of the production departments;

• Ensuring optimal utilization of production capacity through sufficient product availability

• Optimizing resources and personnel planning in coordination with the responsible parties of the production departments;

• Establishing the most efficient production control possible

• Feasibility checks for production including promotional business

• Conducting progress checks in planning and initiating measures

• Communicating and collaborating with the planning departments of the other group plants
  to improve customer needs

• Responsible for the employees of the Supply Chain Office

What does the ideal candidate look like?

You should bring these qualifications:

• Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's / Master's), preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education

• Good knowledge and affinity for data processing and analysis

• Experience with ERP systems in the food or FMCG environment is desirable

• Knowledge and experience with software for demand planning would also be helpful

• Good knowledge of German and English language in speech and writing

• Strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding

• High results and customer orientation

• Distinct qualities for planning and organization
