How many poultry products will be needed in the near future? Answering this question is my job. I plan raw materials, production, and sales volumes. Of course, I'm not a fortune teller, but I have a lot of statistical and increasingly AI-driven tools at my disposal to make meaningful predictions. I can practically anticipate customer needs long before they're even expressed. Ultimately, my department is also primarily about ensuring we can always supply our customers sufficiently, regardless of whether holidays are approaching or heat waves—and thus "barbecue waves"—are sweeping across the country.

One of my main tasks is planning the quantities of barbecue items and skewers. During barbecue season, we experience high demand. This requires having the necessary raw materials in stock and production capacity available in a timely manner. We want to ensure nothing is missing, but also that nothing is left over. To make sure this runs smoothly, I sit at my desk at Plukon every day.
