Moving birds in and out of the barns needs to be managed. That's what I do. Processing farm documents is a key part of my job. Delivery notes, slaughter records: everything has to be documented and kept traceable. Concentrated work is essential here. Everything has to be accurate down to the cent. Otherwise, the accounting department complains. I'm part of a whole team working on this. We're on the phone with farmers and communicate a lot, including internationally, since Plukon is one of Europe's leading poultry suppliers. Therefore, English skills are a plus.
